Information Technology to Release Mortgage Calculator
Software
will use CashFlow engine to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, or
payments amounts
SPOKANE —
December 1, 2006 — Today, Infusion Information Technology (InfusionIT)
announced the upcoming release of MortgageFlow, the mortgage version
of their cash flow based calculator. MortgageFlow is a Microsoft®
Windows® based application that is able to calculate loan
amounts, interest rates, or payment amounts for any kind of loan. Loan and
payment terms are entered by means of a sophisticated graphical user
interface that allows for infinite variation in how and when payments are
made. Options include bump payments, irregular payment schedules, and
varying payment amounts. Complexity of the loan structure is limited only by
the user’s imagination.
At the heart
of MortgageFlow is InfusionIT’s CashFlow calculator engine –
an advanced set of software components that combine the power of object
oriented programming with sophisticated calculations for representing
financial cash flows. Built following years of experience in supporting the
purchasing and servicing of mortgage backed securities; InfusionIT’s
CashFlow engine enables even the smallest companies to utilize financial
tools that rival those traditionally found only in the largest enterprises.
In the future, the CashFlow engine will also be available to
developers as a licensed component for use in their own software
applications.
MortgageFlow is designed to run on Windows® XP and Windows®
Vista and is scheduled for release in May 2007. Final pricing for
MortgageFlow has not been announced, but is expected to be less than
$100.00 for a single user license with volume licensing terms available for
company wide purchasing.
